Chef Sonia prepares beautifully crafted meals for private and corporate events with produce sourced from sustainable local farms and specialist sources in New York State.
Sonia's passion for cooking stems directly from her grandmother, a gifted West Indian chef who taught Sonia her techniques and magical ingredients through her childhood and teen years, leaving her a legacy of good home cooked meals.
Her ethnicity is West Indian American and Nigerian, but Sonia really is a citizen of the world. Having attended schools in Europe, America and Nigeria and enjoyed extensive travel, she developed an understanding and hunger for food culture and its role in making global connections.
